‘JOSHUA’ to Premiere Live on Stage March 2026
Lancaster, PA., April 29th, 2025 — With a live audience announcement, Sight & Sound unveils the next brand-new production coming to Lancaster, PA in 2026. Following nearly three years of development, ‘JOSHUA’ is designed to be a state-of-the-art live experience immersing theater goers in a miraculous adventure to the Promised Land.
“Joshua’s story includes so many monumental moments from the Bible — from the Ten Commandments on Mount Sinai to manna falling from heaven and the crossing of the Jordan River.” shared Katie Miller, Director of Brand Development. “Audiences will journey alongside Joshua as these epic events come to life on stage.” continued Miller.
Beginning with the Israelites fleeing Egypt and ending at the crumbling walls of Jericho, ‘JOSHUA’ takes audiences on an expedition spanning generations. With immersive media on a state-of-the-art LED screen, three-story tall sets, and a cast of nearly 60, Sight & Sound theater goers will be transported into the pages of scripture as they navigate desert storms, advancing armies, and an ultimate test of faith.
“We knew JOSHUA was going to have awesome production value, but as we began to dig deeper into the story, this beautiful theme of redemption emerged” explained Ryan Miller, Show Producer. “There are countless individuals, from Moses and Joshua to Rahab who live out this radical trust in the Lord. My hope is audiences will see themselves reflected in these characters and be inspired, just like Joshua, to ‘be strong and courageous.’”

From the banks of the Jordan River to the towering walls of Jericho, JOSHUA is a miraculous adventure for the whole family.
